Are the entire Xpango team still on their Christmas holidays? It's just that I placed an order for an iPod on November 16th and then after finding out they had no stock, was asked to reconfirm my order on about the 28th. Xpango confirmed that they would be dispatching the iPod in 7-14 days on December 5th and that's the last I've heard. As far as I can tell from the site, it still hasn't been sent. I sent an e-mail on the 21st of December, not really expecting a reply before Christmas but I've still heard nothing. Can anybody give me some idea of what's happening? Will I be getting my iPod any time soon?

PS I'm still waiting for totesport credit from exactly 4 months ago! You told me that's be about another week.... about 5 times

Remember there was a bank holiday and a weekend since the 28th so it probably hasn't even been 7 working days.

To clarify with more detail, the gift in question was despatched on the 11th (tracking number ZV 4868 8517 4GB). Records show this was delivered on the 14th.

So besides the fact that it says it hasn't been delivered on the Xpango site, and the fact that I definately haven't received it, you're still saying that it has been delivered?

And I have sent numerous support tickets that don't ever get answered until I post on here

We would please request that you check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding this package from you, as the tracking details are saying this was delivered to you on the 14th.

The tracking number is confirmed as ZV 4868 8517 4GB and the item was sent via Royal Mail Special (24) Delivery.

Should you have any further problems, please email us and a member of staff will assist asap.

Well this is the first chance I've had to get on the net in ages! It arrived safely. Thanks!!

Still waiting for my credits from totesport though, been about 5 months now... How do I change my referral id to a new gift? It's just saying delivered with the credits from the last order still there

You need to start a new order and ask Xpango to transfer any remaining credits over.

Congrats on getting your first free gift from Xpango!!
