I think existing offers need to be reassessed if it has taken so bloody long to get my 3 credits!!!

Also waaiting to see if you will send me an amazon voucher so I can order my own wii, as it is frustrating seeing them in stock and you telling me theres still a waiting list and Amazon wont let you buy one. Send me a voucher it'll cost you the same.. no need to pay postage either!!

Unfortunately (for VAT purposes) we don't currently offer Gift Vouchers, this
may be reviewed in the future if we are still struggling to obtain stock of
the Nintendo Wii Consoles.

i think wii sports, wii play and the wario one (and maybe mario party) will be the only games I ever need!!

Wii sports is good, that's all i have at the mo till some money arrives. Loving the boxing and golf - except there's only 9 courses, need more!!

Also my swiss casino got credited and i only got 2 credits, it was a 5 credit offer!!

I emailed support and got nothing, can you please resolve this problem please, i have been sorting this offer out for nearly 2 months now.

Nice to see that Xpango are adding extra offers for people.

How about crediting the people that have completed offers already and are waiting for a reply to support tickets that have been open for over a week now!!!! I'm still waiting for my final credits to get a DS Lite.

I'm waiting on my Barclays Home Insurance offer to credit (5 credits!). I'm not doing any more offers until I've got these credits.

It's all very well putting new offers on there, but surely your first priority should be sorting out those that have done offers and got nothing for them!

Hi Guys,

This post was not intended to stir any frustrations about missing Credits, it was simply to inform those that may be interested about new offers that are available, but unfortunately the post was what some might refer to as being 'hijacked' shortly afterwards.

We appreciate frustrations about untracked Credits and I can assure you we are working on this, but what you must understand is that our hands are tied, we can chase advertisers just like you chase us, but we cannot Credit you until we have your participations confirmed. Unfortunately this can be a lengthy process, but is not one that we ignore or dismiss.

Your individual comments are noted and I will ensure these are checked, but clearly we will have to think twice before making posts of this nature here in the future, which is a shame.

I find this highly embarrassing on the behalf of the community and I hope that anyone that feel that they had something to do with this will think twice in the future when posting their frustration. [After all we do have a spamming thread going on where you could have posted, since you all know that sometimes offers takes way to long to track! We all been there and have the t-shirt to prove it! ]

no, we post in the relevent areas.. expecailly when our support tickets are ignored... I did however recieve a response about my missing credits this morning... but why should I have to hijack a thread to get a response?!? We are all promoting Xpango but that operation becomes harder when we are not getting the satisfaction we deserve.

I am also getting tired of being fobbed off about my wii.. they are in bloody stock!! And there is no point thanking me for my patience... I have none!!!!!

2 things to do with this -

1 - Im on Xpango at the mo, got enough for the XB360 core and awaiting delivery, not been shipped yet. Got the shakes, been doing this since Feb and I end up 2 credits over what I needed lol. I've emailed the delivery address over and got confirmation - just waiting for the "It's in teh post" email and I'm laffing

Plus I've got 65 pending referrals too lol, now that would be nice. According to one email I've received from the Xpango guys they're introducing a way for us to privately email peeps with pending actives to see if we can nudge them through. Most of them for me are from a design/doodling forum I normally post on and what I was planning to do is when I receive the console I'm gonna doddle one of my piccys on a piece of paper, stick that on the xbox and post that pic on the board as proof

As long as you have a valid debit card (not credit) you should be fine
Lovefilm was ok with my Visa Debit, as was Blockbusters, Mecca Games etc.

There is also another offer on Xpango now, Psychiconeonone.com. You get 1 credit for a $1 24 hour trial. I completed this on Friday, just waiting for the credit.
