How long should i wait for a support email to be answered?

Hi, i sent Xpango a support email a few weeks ago to ask them to do manual crediting for a (manual crediting) offer. They said the would but i did not get any credits in my account so i emailed them again a week ago to remind them/query if there was a problem.

It has been a week now and still no response or credits so i was thinking about emailing again. I know they are busy and i don't want to add to their work load unnessecarily but this is uncharacteristically slow by Xpango standards so i feel another email is in order.

I was wondering what other people thought, how long would you wait before sending another email in the circumstances?

Hi Richard,

We have got your latest query and will be updating Credits for Lasseters today, unfortunately we did have to wait a little longer than expected for confirmation, hence the delay but you should see these added very shortly.

ive had the same problem, i had to badger my first 10 credits out of them but am still waiting for Hostgator (which i did absolutely ages ago), BingoCafe and Primepoker. If anyone from Xpango is reading this could you please advise as i had a support e-mail convo going but it ceased about 2 weeks ago and havent had a reply since
