Xpango Issues?


I have been using Xpango for a little while now and I was very impressed with the initial service, i.e. speed of credit updates upon completion of an offer. However, I completed an offer for VIP Casino before Christmas and I was informed by Xpango that VIP did not receive my Referal ID. Xpango then asked me to send them copies of the verification emails I received upon registering with VIP Casino, which I supplied immediately. I was informed by Xpango that they would contact their contact at VIP Casino and the matter would be resolved ASAP and I would have my credits by the end of the week (approx. 4 weeks ago). Subsequent emails to Xpango have been met with similar promises, but with no credits.

I am sure Xpango are very busy, but I feel this could have been handled more swiftly keeping me up to date with their progress. Has anyone else had similar experiences with Xpango. I am now left feeling very disillusioned by Xpango.

Hi H46615,

Sorry you've been having problems,VIP Casino was removed some time ago due to tracking and crediting issues and I was under the impression that all missing Credits for them had been resolved, so apologies if this is not the case.

We do try to avoid answering support queries here as it can cause duplications and obviously we have a support team to assist via email, so if you can please PM me with the exact details, I can investigate this for you promptly.

Unfortunately for some reason I can't send private messages on here, I don't have the option in My CP (I've emailed the web master about this). However, I have sent you all the necessary information you asked for via the support section on your website at the beginning of last month, which includes screen dumps of my confirmation emails from VIP Casino.
