I had 25 referrals before i went for a shower.. Come back.. now 31...

ANy news on this? will it be happening, just that I have 67 unverified that I would love to talk to

Also do Xpango send out an emailto all users who ahve not bought anything/completed and offer?
Think it would look better coming from Xpango instead of me?

Hi Guys,

Re - the unactivated Referrals, we do realise that at present some customers are getting quite high numbers of unactivated referrals (yellows) and believe this may be because referrals are not understanding how to activate their accounts.

This is an issue we are currently addressing and our web team are working on simplifying a number of areas of the website to try and improve understanding and raise the level of account activations.

We are also currently discussing the addition of the ability to contact your Referrals and this is an area we have identified to also try and help customers increase the number of Credits they gain....watch this space!

We do also periodically send newsletters to our customers, these will often feature offers/incentives for new users to activate their accounts and we will be producing another shortly.

We've got a lot in the pipeline and it's all geared around helping to increase account activations, which should be good for you guys! I'll update more on this shortly when we have a better idea of when these additions will be available.

Matt, you sent me a message on ebay offering a trade. I've contacted you several times and still no reply. I've done everything for the offer on Cahoot and I'm just waiting to hear from them. Obviously, if I don't hear from them, I'll contact them, but you still haven't completed your offer.
