I think that if Spain can keep their form from the match against Germany then it'll be their year.

Although having said that, Holland have been performing quite consistently throughout the tournament and Robben and Sneijder are definitely players to watch out for.

We'll just have to wait and see - hopefully it will be a good game

Holland won all their 8 games in Qualifying and all their 6 games so far in the World Cup. That's a statistic for you

They're unbeaten for ages too. It will be a close game, i'm just hoping Holland win it, £170 is a lot of money to win for a student

Make sure to put it on a team to win the WC rather than winning. If the game goes into extra time you don't get any winnings for choosing a winner! Spain look to be favourites, Holland have some good odds up it looks like. Hardly worth betting on Spain.

Just looked at my ticket and realised I'd actually done Germany and Brazil to win the WC not Germany and Spain!! Damn it! (had 6:1 on Germany so a bit gutted!) will just have to have a look tomorrow!

I managed to pick up total winnings of £49 after tonights game. This was a combination of backing Spain to win right at the beginning of the tournament and a bet which i placed earlier - a draw after 90 minutes in the final. Pretty chuffed with this amount.

How'd you do in the end MJ10?

I won £8... but was so gutted I didn't put a bunch on Spain winning in extra time... was 10:1 when I was there. I thought it so impossible I didn't bother! Gutted!
