I used to use Microsoft Animated GIF Maker or something, super super simple just load in all the frames and check the time for each one to remain, then hit go. I can't find the tool, every site that pretends to have it seems to be lying! Is there a similar tool made in the last 10 years (this MS one is ooooooolllllllld, win95 era) that will do a nice simple job? |

 | Photoshop does the job (what i generally use). There is also adobe flash, although if you find the photoshop animation a struggle then i wouldn't recommend flash.

| I found out that GIMP does a pretty neat job of it. You just name the layers with (xxx ms) to set how long they last, and it animates them in order from bottom to top layer. Much simpler than the (in my opinion) p.i.t.a. interface in Photoshop. Huzzah! |
