Hosting with good website builder

Hi. Can you please advice me a good hosting service that have powerfull but in the same time easy website builder? I'm now using the JustHosts service, it's cheap hosting, but the website builder just sucks, it's too complicated for simple things.

Or is there any method/service/program i could use to build my website's pages and just transfer all the content directly to my hosting company(of course without loosing any information i've created)
