I need someone that have good experience with this and got time! We will split 50/50, or depending on how much each one of us does! | show me then, give me a url of a website that you have worked on both on site and offsite SEO on. As you state you are good at it, I assume it will be at least page 1 for its keywords too? I may be interested.
