Is a faster crawl rate or slower crawl rate better?

I don't know if I should set my sites crawl rate to faster or slower on Google Webmasters.

Don't mess with it, just leave it alone and let Google decide.
Default setting is fine.

You only need this if you have alot of pages (and I do mean alot) and having google bot index them affects your hosting, though it does not have any impact in terms of seo at all.
