It's generally best to do them yourself to be honest, therefore you don't get sandboxed. If you don't know what that means, search it in google

Not gonna happen I'm afraid! SEO is very difficult and time consuming and therefore people are not willing to hand out information to everyone!

Personally it has taken a lot of work to get to where I am and I'm not going to jeopardise that by handing out my tips and sources... but I will say the google is your friend!

Kwl mate.
If i need to do lots of backlinks(thousands) for each keyword i am targeting, then this would take forever doing each myself!

Your not going to do 1,000s in a week though, that is unnatural and google will penalise you for it! I have 1,000s but only over a 2 year period!

I'd start by doing 5-10 a day. Steady, slow, natural and will stand you in good stead for the future!

But i am slightly confused about.. For example..
I have posted 44 posts on this website, All have the same signature "Free Gadgets". So does this mean my website has 44 backlinks for the keyword/phrase "Free Gadgets"?

Meh, sort of. I have over 11,000 posts on here, but that doesn't mean that google sees 11,000 links and stick me at #1! When it sees them from the same forum it may reduce the weighting of further links. It'll still add them into consideration but won't just rank you on them.

So that means you don't have to spam the forum loads (like me!)

It is good to target different keywords so it will be good to alter them once in a while.
