Affiliate Amount

I have just signed up for an affiliate account with a finance company

on CJ the commission is £45 per lead, on AW £15

I am a little confused why these amounts are so different, any suggestions??

Check both of them - see if one needs you to collect more info than the other?

It could be that the more info you collect the better quality the lead so the more the payout...

they both have almost identical requirements, I emailed the affiliate manager for that account and it bounced!!!

exactly what harvez said. cos there are some greedy networks out there. you could possibly get more payout by going direct to the finance company in question. they may have their own in house affiliate program. worth emailing them with your findings and see what they say

Also be careful where you get them from, some affiliates are poor for paying out.

Commission Junction and Affiliate Window are the 2 networks concerned.

Have you heard of oDigger (Find Affiliate Offers, Real Network Reviews And Expert Affiliate Marketing Training | oDigger)? It is kind of like a search engine with popular affiliates, prices etc.

I have heard of Affiliate window and it is pretty popular, commission junction, rings a bell.

Found the answer...

£15 was for qualifying leads - so technically they did not need to actually complete the offer.... the £45 was for completed offer, they say that 1 in 3 completes the offer so they both work out much the same.

I may well need some help with the site in the near future, MJ10 has had a sneak peak, but I hope that this will verge on job replacement!!

I am currently using a template so its not too bad, its just the clever stuff that I want to do that will need some help!! I'll keep your offer in mind!

Good luck on this mate, it really will be a tough challenge but if all the blocks for into the right places and you keep up the hard work then anything is possible.

What exactly are you promoting? Direct loans or traffic to loan sites?

I don't mean to be rude but if your promoting traffic to loans then you need a good design to build trust. I would personally have a site with a blog as an extra.

If you need any wordpress themes then let me know

traffic to loan sites, although I am currently researching pure 'lead generation', then to push to just one site.

And I tend to use wordpress static pages rather than a a blog, I find that the seo tools available such as seopressor are fantastic when it comes to page creation.
