I haven't had a good look myself yet but I am sure it will be of much use to some of you

Are these just tools or do their staff review your site and tell you what you need to change/optimise.

As I said, I haven't had a look myself....but I notice on the right it says "Request SEO Site Review & Proposal" and a form to fill out....

Yes i noticed that, just don't know what they mean by proposal form, don't want to get lots of emails from them.

They will look at your site, then ask for your pants down to on/off page seo it.
