  | help with domain buying?Hi, I would like to buy domains for my 4 sites. The .co.uk ones are £5.98/2 years and the cheapest are .be (Belgium) which go for 99p/a year. Would it affect my google rankings if I used a .be domain? Thanks, Denys

| Yes a .be will affect your rankings. It will rank you well in Google.be though!  Get a .co.uk or .com... I know they are more expensive but anything less is just going to make it impossible to rank well for anything with all the competition!

 | Bear in mind that the majority of referrals on FJ and Kudos are based in the UK, it would possibly put me off if I visited a site thinking about signing up and saw it wasn't a .co.uk or .com site. If you are going to target Belgian people, use the.be domain £5.98 for 2 years is only 25pence a month if you break it down, not exactly expensive.

| org is fine. i tend to go for. com. co.uk info org or net foreign extensions are not worth the hassles |
