Look at the above link, it has a few good programs for seo. Also is IBP only for windows? As i am currently using a macbook.

Not to wet anyones fireworks here but exactly what does the report do? If it simply compares your site's data (Titles, keywords, keyword density, bold text, alt tags, H1's, anchor texts etc etc) with your main competitor's (top 10 in Google for your keywords) - it isn't going to help very much as it will be giving you 'advice' to change your site structure to match what could be a badly optimised site that happens to rank higher than you because it has tens of thousands of backlinks.

So be careful - it could be advising you to de-optimise your site.

On page optimisation is a bonus, but nothing beats backlinks for ranking in Google.

Hit the nail bang on the head...hmm maybe i should do the same for people but with their backlinks...might start a new thread tonight.
