That's the kind of job you'd pay someone to do, as it can be time consuming if you want a proper job to be done.

Export the site as a high quality png, use CSS to float text and other elements on it.

Do you have any sites that show tutorials on this?

No, that's a very vague and probably not totally accurate description of how its done. You could try looking for slicing tutorials or something similar on youtube but if you want someone to do it for you, PM Chigley and ask politely.

Yeah, I tried to do this but ended up failing. Adding text is the hard part
Good luck, and just check YouTube for 'converting psd to html'

AshThornton has a little shameless behaviour in the past
You've gotta have a fair bit of experience with both HTML coding and CSS and if you're doing it from scratch there will be a lot of trial and error with trying to get the final look to be what you originally wanted.

So if you're new to all of this, which I am presuming you are hence this thread, I suggest asking or paying someone to do it for you. Or if you're planning on doing this in the future, this is a great tutorial on how to do it: From PSD to HTML, Building a Set of Website Designs Step by Step | Nettuts+

I'm actually in the process of designing a new website and building it
