Stolen Content..

Just found out some idiots stolen all my content, images and design for their own site

I mean, usually people just steal some text, but this has gone a bit too far don't you think - taking all my news articles as well

I'm not really sure what usually happens with something like this - all I've got it this facebook page: Links on "1,000,000 People = BUSTED WILL GET BACK TOGETHER!

If anyone knows how I can get the content removed please tell me.

I could always give you a link that this user is telling people to cancel one of the offers, so you can forward it to FJ

all been sorted now. I've contacted the owner of the site, and he's going to change the content - he's put a redirect up to freebiejeebies for the moment.

Really starting to piss me off now. He's masking the FJ url with his own - I think?

He's got plenty of youtube vids all telling people to cancel their LOVEFiLM Offers:

If any members sees youtube videos encouraging cancelling offers, I advise them to contact FJ with a link to the video(s).

You might think that you are a snitch but if people report these videos, they can be dealt with. If they arent dealt with, advertisers may pull their offers from affiliate sites and we all suffer.

Yep, please do tell us about them - I don't want the experience again of Lovefilm phoning me very annoyed because their call centre was being inundated with calls about the free iPhone from Lovefilm offer....

Very true, I thought somebody was going to make a thread with all those videos in it, so FJ could ban those people, remove the videos etc?

I report videos that I see like that to FJ, and yeah I think everybody else should too as we don't want advertisers walking away.

If some of the videos have been there over say a month though it normally means we've seen it, user on hold - no contact and they've left the video up. Not a lot we can do about that.

What do youtube say when you try and contact them and tell them the situation?

Or do they not listen?

Well they're kinda faceless - i only have the same tools as everyone else. I report it as all sorts but they take time to get rid.
