Terms of Use & Privacy Policy Page

If just been talking via email to my ex boss. He is brilliant with seo, website, etc. He said

Google algorithm gives extra points now for inclusion of

Terms of Use or Terms of Business Page
Contact Us Page
Privacy Policy Page

Ive done a contact page but I have NO idea what to put in the other 2. Don't suppose anyone has any suggestions on what to put in the pages??

Privacy policy would be talking about how you won't misuse any data given to you, for example that you won't sell or send peoples email addresses to third party companies etc.

Terms of use would be things like must be 18 or over etc.

I am doubtful over whether google with give you extra juice for specifically having a terms of use or privacy policy page, but in general having a site with more pages and more content is favoured well.

How does he *know* that it does? Does he work for Google, or is it just a hunch?

There's so much BS around about what Google does/doesn't like. And anyway, I doubt having all of those pages on your site will suddenly improve your ranking.

LOL, He doesnt work for google, He is a satellite installer. What ever he is doing, He is doing it right. Ive seen him get number 1 in a google search in 3 weeks.
If you search

spanish channels - Number 1,
French channels - Number 2,
satellite europe in the top 4.
Satellite TV Europe - Number 1

He wont spill all his beans to me, He only gives me little tips here and there. After Saying, I cant find the Terms of Use & Privacy Policy Pages
