Does anybody know how to change one of the pages on my website into a blog?

would it not just be as simple using one of the blogging sites to create a blog and then link to it on your site?

Hi mate,

have you heard of wordpress? I would suggest downloading it and installing it on yourwebsite.com/blog and then create a link from your main page to the blog

I tried this and downloaded it but i couldnt work out how to get it onto my site???

When you set up Wordpress, it'll ask you for the URL that the blog will be on. You'd set it up then.
