Just had my first pending after a run of 99 reds! I'm getting a decent amount of signups per day though. Crap ratio

Still struggling to get my site on google after about 3 days online... I'm backlinking like made which might help?

Yesterday I got 23 views with no referral according to Google Analytics which I thought was weird?

Chill out with the backlinking, let google find it on it's own (well, with a bit of backlinkage) or you may get sandboxed. Bad thing.

I just want to get on some sort of google search really... it says I'm indexed but site:freeiphoneinitiative.co.uk brings up nothing (it worked yesterday?) and even very specific searches like "free iphone initiative" only bring the backlinks that I made. However link:freeiphoneinitiative.co.uk there is nothing

I guess I'll have to be patient but gotta decide whether to ask for an iPod touch for christmas or go for the free iphone

Just an update on the traffic spike, the last seven days have pretty much been a record, with 75 greens/pendings, 19 contract affiliate sales (although only a percentage of those will convert) and a couple or Swoopo sign-ups.

I've just seen that I'm AHEAD OF FURBS on Yahoo for "Free iPhone 3Gs" !!!!

I know it's only Yahoo, and I've not noticed any differences, but it's promising! I'm ranking #6 for it in Yahoo and #63 in Google and it keeps slowly moving up!

Although a little confused why "free iphone 3gs" keeps moving up and "free iphone" just went down for me?!?!!

yeh thts bloody good though. mine are coming in more frequent now too so i guess the xmas run up does work in our favour haha. im just waiting for me web designer to finish my latest site and i too will be gunning for the iphone rankings haha..

If anything, traffic has gone down for me, don't understand why, I have the higher rankings now than I ever had.

Though I am increasing my conversions

What kind of rate of conversions is good? As a newbie I'm not sure what to expect!

I worked mine out at just short of 5% so 1 in 20 but some people on here have around 1 in 7.

About 10% or 1 in 10 should be a good target.

So with no signups in my first 100 hits im doing decidedly badly

ndev was talking about the percentage of reds that normally turn green (complete an offer)

I'm not sure about hits/signup ratio.
