Hey all,
Does anyone know who the following site belongs to iPhone4Free - Home
They've completely and utterly ripped off my content and images.

Contact the host and get them to take it down. They will do so as soon as possible, so it will not be your issue.

By the way, you have the sexiest freebie site I have seen so far on eXceem

On my iPod so can't do much, but check the 'Free UK2 Domain' thread in online freebies, and also the Whois. Also search the affiliate link on the site in google.

Hope you get it sorted, you clearly spent some time on your sites.

On this subject, how smart is Google?
if there is duplicate content on the net does google realise which one came first or does it penalise both?

I've read that it can identify which one was established first so you don't need to worry.

Hey Jack,

It's not affected anyone else

I appreciate the PM and am happy that you're changing it. Like I said in my PM, if you feel like you wanted me to create some graphics for your site i'll do my best just as long as they're a little different to mine

At the end of the day, yeah it was a bit silly but as long as it get's fixed there's no reason to get upset by it. He seems like a nice guy.

Mattyb - great looking site man. It actually reminds me a lot of Apple's site. I just had a look at the tutorial section. In the first screenshot, you have the freebiejeebies default site. It might be wise to edit that to make it look like it would if someone clicked on your ref link. (add the ?ref=95544 on the end of the URL). That way, if someone (for whatever reason) decided just to type it in, they're also typing in your ref ID, and not just the default site.
