 | just a word of warning with booking marking, google frowns on this now as its widely abused to gain serps, just one of the things I know from a seo friend who help me find out why/who fooked me over with my iphone site. that's all I have to say on the matter. Karma coming your way

| I've never used social bookmarking before, I haven't even got any idea what it's about lol, I thought it was something that is used for social advertising etc, I didn't know it actually boosted you in the SERPs? Kind of doesn't make sense, I know Google is trying to determine what the people want, but relying on a system like to influence SERPs in the slightest is a stupid mistake to begin with imo. I thought social bookmarking only benefited, as a marketing/affiliate strategy, for the one page wonders trying to sell us anything under the sun for $297, $197, no wait, we've slashed it further, it's now only $97! to find out our secret to burning 14lbs of ugly fat in 2 minutes ....kind of junk?

I'm surprised it worked tbh but the more I think about it and a seo friend explaining in detail why it worked it's sneaky and lets just say I know what it takes now. just a waiting game now before the sites back where it should be not too long I hope.

 | I personally don't use bookmarkingwiz for my freebie site as the higher you get, the less effect things like this have on your rankings. However, you could use it for other things. I have a blog and use it to bookmark every page. It doesn't make the main page rank, but the social bookmarks themselves rank. I use this for short term rankings where the bookmark gets on the first page, brings in 50 or so visitors and makes $30 or so. OR.. If you do a lot of article marketing for backlinking your freebie site, you could bookmark the page your article appears on. OR.. If you do blog comments, you could bookmark where you commented. As for if it's worth $97? I didn't buy it so I guess I can't really say if it's worth that much. |
