I will sign up to OrderIt4Free & complete one Tickle test, upon completion Stigmatized will pay me £10 (method not yet agreed)

I know, and I asked for support from them and was told
"If you did a tickle test in the green text, you can wait 15 days and try for manual credit. If it was one that wasn't in green than you wont be able to get credit for it."

Now the only green text I can see is some particular tests which you can take in the same week AS WELL as doing another tickle test. So they're saying I'm basically not going to be credited for it???

I have opened another ticket because their answer, frankly, sucks

You can't send in support for tickle tests unfortunately they wont ever credit you if it doesnt green! What you'l have to do is cancel your tickle account, delete your cookies etc. Then do a different tickle test, and create a new account. It is also suggested you use IE for completing tests as firefox can be a pain!

Well that's crap - I did and paid for one of their tests but don't get credited? Still got no answer to my second support ticket, will see what happens!

You can't send in supports, so youll have to do another test making sure that you delete cookies, delete your tickle account and subscription, and start again. Sorry about that, sometimes tickle tests can suck!

Sorry don't mean to intrude but on orderit4free, if you don't go green within 10mins, at most half an hour...very doubtful you'll go green at all!!

So what's the story? I did everything that I was told to do... deleted cookies and internet history, then completed quiz and paid for the results (which the charge has gone through for), I even used 2 different PCs but not been credited either time?

And the support staff on that site are very rude when I asked for help

are you sure you cleared your cookies BEFORE logging into the site to do the offer, not sure if this is actually a problem but just realised if you clear cookies on the page of the offer and then do the offer, it logs you out of the site and might not track, i'm not sure but if someone else could say i would appreciate it as i would like to know if this matters too.

i always close ie then clear cookies then open ie and go to site, buy results , confirm email adress then usually goes green on orderit4free within half an hour.

I don't remember if I closed the page after clearing cookies, probably not so that I didn't have to go look for it again, and I wasn't told to do this.

But it makes you sign up on a newly loaded page anyway so shouldn't make a difference?

i'm not sure if it makes a difference, just that maybe if you clear cookies, that means you are signed out of the website even though its still up, and by clicking the link it is not therefore tracking to your account. i'm really not sure about this though.

Yeah do it the way claire mentioned, I do it like that and it always works. You don't HAVE to verify your email address, you still get green anyways.
How many tickle tests have you purchased so far?

Stigma, she did confirm earlier on that she has purcashed two tests on separate occasions but they haven't gone through as yet, and she is in contact with customer support. It may be that it will go through at some point, or she may have to do another offer, but please give her longer than half a day before chasing again please when she has responded!

they take about 5 days to answer your ticket and then give you a load of waffle that dont make sense then you have to put in another ticket to ask wot they are going on about - well i did anyway they just close the tickets and dont let you respond to them. i put in a support ticket with my paypal addy as they asked me too but they just closed it and my status still says problem with order i was told i would get paypal on the 23rd so will wait and see,
but yea anyways the point i was trying to make was that it might take some time 4 them to answer!!!!!
