No PM Notification Email?

Just got a PM, but I noticed that I didn't receive a notification of this in my email inbox like I used to.

I still have the "Receive Email Notification of New Private Message" option turned on in my User CP.

(And, yes, I've checked my spam box

)

Ideas? Admins? Mods?

Look at your account and you do have it turned on so i don't know why it shouldn't of, only thing i can suggest is are you checking the right email?

But yeah, I only have one email address (except my shiny new university one

) so I'm definitely checking the right mailbox. Seems weird as I've always received eXceem emails for over 5 years now!

He may have, a few things seem to have been disabled, like the payments for extra probably because he has changed payment details, although if john got a notification then i don't know, a one off maybe?

I've not had any bounced email reports, let me know your email address and I will check the mail log, as I am still hosting exceem while i get things transfered over

from what I can tell there was no attempt made to send a email to you, wouldnt know where to start to see if a email gets sent upon PM if active, that said i have had emails reporting bounced emails that were sent today, so that cuold be a posibility

Just received an email at 19:19:11 for the test PM you just sent

And my session is certainly more active now than it possibly was last night, so what's going on?!

The timestamp on the test PM you just sent (whose email I did receive) was "07:19 PM" (terrible date formatting, leading zero with AM/PM?! That's plain wrong

The PM that I wasn't emailed for (#258113) was sent at "09-09-11 12:27 AM"

I have pretty much left the time/date settngs alone other than to make the date uk format, so dont have a go at me on that one :P

and i honestly dont know why you got it, maybe it didnt want to give it to you, as it knew you would just pick on its date/time formating
