IE 8 or lower

Hey folks,

I've been asked to complete verbal, numerical and logical reasoning tests for a job I applied for.

The problem is, the tests only seem to be compatible with IE 6,7 or 8. I have Chrome, Firefox and IE9 installed and none work.

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit, and can't see any way to install IE 8.

Any solutions?

Do they not work in IE9 with compatibility mode enabled?

Try IE Tester My DebugBar | IETester / Browser Compatibility Check for Internet Explorer Versions from 5.5 to 10

Although you have to ask yourself...do you want to work for somewhere whose tests are only compatible with such crap browsers

Never go by those sites that claim to test it in browsers like IE. I did it as i am on mac (doesn't have ie) and it came out looking horrible so i looked on my old windows pc and it was fine. Same version of IE so it should be fine. I think those sites just don't like the site fully load or something.

I had no idea there was such a thing! I looked briefly but would never have guessed you need to press alt to get the tools menu up.

Ha, it's not actually their site. It's shl.com who I think are used for most of those assesments.

Its crazy how much you have to go through for graduate jobs application form, then testing, then telephone interview, then 2 day assesment centre. Too much like hard work!
