nat settings


i have a few issues with my router basically i cannot play anythiing online on my xbox 360, it says my nat settings are restrictive anyone know how i change these my router is a zyxel P-660HW-T1 V3

Log into your router and alter the permissions or add new permissions for your xbox.

i found something bout port forwarding and what ports to open but not exactly sure how to input them

Well I tried adding ports and no joy at all I get on live connected through Ethernet cable, and can download, but just get kicked from any online game I try and play

If the router has an inbuilt firewall this will usually make your NT strict and cause issues with XBox. Try switching off any SPI firewall in the router settings.

I am not familiar with the model of router you have but this could be the issue

yeah gonna try changing all the settings from strict to not see if that helps if not i'll just get a new router lol
