   | Hard time installing Java.. =/It all started when I tried to check my mail in hotmail. I could log in but I couldn't open my emails (which happens sometimes) but I got an urgent email and I searched for a way to fix this. I read that it works when you re-install your Java Runtime Environment. I uninstalled it from the Control Panel (I had the Version 6 Update 20). Then I tried re-installing it (downloaded Version 6 update 21 but I got an error number 1330 and then I downloaded the file from Internet Explorer 8 but then I got an error number 1335 and now I have no idea what to do. Oh and I just checked and the email works.  Any suggestions?  -Adrian

| Is there ANY fix for it? What if I reinsalled my Win7?

| Ok I got it fixed! Haha this is a fail but all I had to do was restart my modem for about 15 seconds and re-download the file in IE8

| yeah i was on tech support for an isp many years ago, was told by my supervisor if i wasnt sure how to support the customer, tell them to turn computer off then on and see if it helped then ring back if there is still an issue
