HTML Code Help

Alright eXceem.

Basics, I need help with a piece of code, what I want is to have an image like the one below, but then what I want is the image to slowly fade into another one?

There is a screen shot of where I want the image to be below (Where the guys are playing guitar, so its really like a header image) but how would I go about putting in two images of exactly the same size and shape dissolving into one another, or possibly, maybe 3 or 4 images?

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Any help would be appreciated!

Cheers,

Joe
