Phone Freezed

No it's not my bad spelling that's the actual error that is coming up on mother's old phone now.

I entered the password into it wrongly three times and now I can't get in at all. I've tried a master reset code I found on the internet and it did seem to reset the settings but not the password.

Anyone know how I can get back into the phone.

PUK number is for the SIM card. If it's the case, then you have to contact your manufacturer for the PUK number.
But don't take risks recovering the password, just contact your phone's manufacturer
Good luck.

It's a Samsung E330. Network is O2.

Mother got a new phone which is orange but she is using the O2 sim in it. So I thought I'd put the orange sim in the old samsung phone so I could send her sms messages to the new phone. But it came up asking for a password which I tried entering and got wrong.

Now no sim cards work.

everything I've looked at online seems to suggest taking it to a local shop or buying a lead, which doesnt really help you, sowwee

Best thing to do is to contact them (if the PUK number didn't work) ... it happened to me a lot of times so don't worry about it
