i dont want to download it illegally.

It all happened when i try to do stuff on my laptop and i had about 2mb on my CD and it never seem to go so i wanted to restore it because most of my things on my laptop broke like i couldnt on IE. i couldnt go into my folder because i didnt have IE and it would shut down. but when i rang up Acer about 5 months ago and they said if you want to resort it you will have to ring us up and we will do step by step but i was thinking they wont bother now because our warrenty has ran out.

Find a mate with a windows vista CD. It's not illegal to install that as you have a product key (should be on a sticker on your laptop).
