| iPod 60gb | Or maybe get one of the radio things instead of the tape things. Personally I think the audio quality is better, and you can get them pretty cheap from ebay. Last edited by williamblah; 04-03-10 at 03:56 AM.. |

| Super Moderator | Re: Cassette AdapterI used to have a tape adapter. It should change sides as it's designed not to get to the end of the tape, in fact it shouldn't have any tape, just look like one with a wire hanging out! Sounds like it's broken and I'd recommend forking out £10 for a new one. I had to after the 1st one was a cheap nasty one that broke in a few weeks! I'm on my phone so can't find any links right now.

| blah blah blah | I used to have similar problems when I had one due to the cassette player being auto reverse, but all I had to do if it didnt start playing ok was to push the button to play the other side. Doesnt appear to be the problem here. Then I got one of those these Belkin TuneBase - FM Transmitter for iPod: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics & Photo One of the best things I've bought as it holds the iPod, charges it and a much better quality sound.

![]() ![]() | Thanks for all the help. i bought it from play trade for about £2. I have looked for CD players with a 3.5 jack and there all above £50 and i dont realy have that sort of money. I have an FM transmitter but its not very good it has to be next to the radio and the battery go really quick on mine. So does noone reccommend putting a pen in there to stop it changing sides
