Ok, this is what i need

1)a form for submitting an answer which has

a space for an answer
a space for a name
a place to input an email address
a unique url genorater (like the ones you see on ihatehayley and those things, and kinda like the unique ref number on FJ etc)

2) a way to track how many individual people are referred by each person (but only in so far as to have a counter with a +1 for each unique URL click)

3) obviously a way how this is all saved so that i can see all the data (name, email, answer, and how many each person has referred via their unique referral number)

this would be sweet

Oh sorry, yeah it is. You can usually find someone who will be willing to code something like this for a pretty good price. You might be able to find someone on exceem, but it seems like kind of a complex job for someone to bosh up for free (idunno, I have no experience with coding)

Also, if you were a newb, you'd have people yelling at you for not saying please in the OP

my friends have a go at me for this too working in a busy bar for 2 years has led me to just say thank you.

if you think that you wont have thaaaat many people filling in the form you could always just make 100+ gateway pages which have a code from analytics on each one. the page html would be the same as well, all you would have to do would be to duplicate and rename. that is, if you tend to like bosh-jobs, like me!
