  | unless you have a backup locally (on your computer) then you can't. So you would have to go through your cached pages of your website and then you'll have to manually copy and paste all the pages up.

| You could try asking your host if they have a backup. I doubt it but it wouldn't hurt to ask. |

| That is not good. I recently installed a backup plugin that backs up my posts daily and my sql database weekly because I had this happen to me once.

| The best bet is to see if the host has it backed up, or if they keep deleted files in a 'recycle bin' temporarily after deletions.

| Thank you for your replies, Didn't back it up & my host do not back up databases.. So i have to start from the beginning again.. Not Cool!! Tippy

| fasthost don't do backups? im quite sure they do... give them a ring, they might make u pay for it tho |

| I have already spoken to them, they don't do back ups, its ok tho as now i have to give my site a re-vamp. Cheers Tippy
