When returning an item

Hi guys, pretty nooby situation but i got something from amazon around a week and a half ago, i want to return it but i don't how since i've never returned anything i've recieved online before! So how is it done? I have the item and it's original packaging? Do i just go to my local post office and tell them to send it? Do i need to pay them there and then? Please help!

Cheers,

Diesel.

morgano is an unknown quantity at this point
Woah no you need to request an RMA (look on amazons website for the RMA information). When you request an RMA they'll give you a number (ID) and the address to return the item. You'll need to send the item to this address and include the RMA number. If you dont do this they will not accept the return.

All you need to know is here - Amazon.co.uk: Help*>*Our Returns Policy

I returned something to Amazon once and they provided the Royal Mail label to send it back. Good service!
