Watermarking Videos

Does anybody know a program that I can use to watermark a video? Windows Movie Maker doesn't seem to load...

You cant actually do it in Windows Movie Maker without installing something you can get online somewhere. If you can get WMM working then let me know as I can tell you how to watermark a video using that. I don't know about other programs, sorry.
