try this

check what drive letter your cd/dvd drive using. if it is D: then ignore all below. As long as nothing is set as D: try this:

click the windows button and (if using Vista) in the search bar type cmd and press enter, if using XP click start then run and type cmd and press enter

black box with white text should appear.

type subst d: c:\

press enter

try the repair install again
