Try drying ut out by putting it in a box of Rice or something that absorbs water like those Silica Gel pouches you get in new shoe boxes.

What you need is the silicone stuff that you get when you buy some shoes etc. leave it in a box with a few of them and the moisture should go.

Not sure if it'll help as you could have damaged it by turning it on while wet.

I was going to suggest exactly what Beezer said! It works a lot of the time, just take everything out and put it in a box of rice.

I told a mate this once, and they just laughed, oh well

Yeah the rice method is apparently the best thing to do. Fingers crossed everything will dry out as a result and it will work fine again!

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I will just let it dry out overnight in a warm place.

I am praying that all the water will dry out & it will work!

Don't really want to pay for a new phone.

Fingers crossed!

I'd def say use the rice or silicone, they'll actually draw the moisture out so it should be much quicker
