![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Firefox slow at starting upOk not really technical help, as i solved the problem myself. Basically i noticed that the first time after starting up or after hibernation firefox took quite a long time to start. After a bit of research it appears there is a solution, unlike internet explorer firefox doesnt load anything in the background until it is run meaning that it takes a bit longer. However this - SourceForge.net: Firefox Preloader fixes that! If this helps at least one person this post will have been worthwhile! |

![]() | Did you read his post at all. It wasn't a problem he was asking a solution for, he was providing the solution. Yes I do realise it was a while ago now. It was only about 3 pages back. I didnt know how few posts this section of the forum had. I missed where the original post date was. I was just trying to be helpful in the other posts also at the time not noticing the posting date. Sorry if its caused any problems. |
