000Webhost Help!

Hello,

I will try and put this in simple terms, so please try and hold on....

I have signed up to 000webhost, i have bought a domain through 1-2-3 Reg.

I know i can chage name servers from this domain name to the ones that 000webhost give me, however there is nowhere to 'put' my site?

By 'Put' i mean where do i upload it if i have the domain registered else where?

Also if i make a sub domain and redirect it to that, the sub domain will get indexed not my real one?

Please Help, i am in a bit of a pickle!

have you done the bit setting up the site account which lets you access c panel or not

Nope!

All i have is 'list of domains' and nothing in it, i try to add my purchased one and it says 'We already have that site on our server?'

k, I have recently set up a webiste through 000webhost so i will try my best to do a step by step!

Open webhost and login
It should list you domains. Click "GoToCPanel"
Then scroll down to "files" and click file manager
This should open in a new tab/window - login
Click on "public folder" and delete the 1 file in the (think it was called "public"?)
Then upload your html/css files (click on green tick once, then wait, then again)
If you have images make a new sub folder and upload them there.

As for changing the name servers it should have a message saying you need to if you haven't yet. You do this though the site you got your domain from. I got mine form OVH Manager and changed them there.

Having done all this it SHOULD work! let us know how it goes! And if i've not helped you at all I'm sorry!
