Can someone check this for me?

Is the background of the site in my sig (FreeJeebies.com) a green gradient, or a picture of a desk? Also, is there a message saying "click here to sign up"?
I uploaded the green background and new html file, but it is still showing in my browser as the old one (even when I clear my cache/cookies and refresh!)
