Anyone who uses freewebs manage to verify on google webmaster tools

Hey,

To verify on google webmaster you need to either add a meta tag, or upload an HTML file. I use one of the templates on freewebs, and can't see how I could do either of these, as I can't edit the HTML of the template, and as far as I'm aware, I can't upload an HTML file.

How can I do this?

You can upload an html file, log in, go to site manager, click edit my site (or files, can't remember right now), click upload files, then single file uploader to upload from your computer.

you can't add the meta tag unless you make your own site and don't use theirs, i pretty sure i couldn't do this as it has to be on the index.html and your site with free webs is nomaly www freewebs.com/what ever you site is called, unless you have a domin then you can just add the meta tag and that would work,
