Undelivered Item from eBuyer...

Not a freebie but I thought I would ask for some advise!

I bought a printer from eBuyer yesterday with next day delivery (cost £9.99) but it hasn't come, I just checked the citylink website and they say it has been delivered...Umm I have been in all day and do not even have a slip that says I have missed the courier!

To top it off my brother was expecting some football boots and he checked his tracking for Royal Mail and that says delivered!

Just wandering if anyone has had any similar problems to this and if so what did they do!? Is it going to be a case of getting frustrated phoning eBuyer and ProDirect tomorrow morning!?

I'm a bit annoyed as I needed that printer!

That sounds like someone has been intercepting your deliveries and pinching them.

I would think that, but the printer was coming to my flat at uni and the boots were coming to my house at home!

About the royal mail item. Contact your local delivery office (in person if possible) and explain to them whats happened. If it was recorded, there must have been a signature and they can ask the postie if he/she has any idea.

Kinda related to this is the fact my mum got a parcel today but it was for a totally different street, its possible thats whats happened with city link.

I will do that, well I guess it was recorded, I was given a tracking number...

I will ring eBuyer in the morning, first problem I have had with any delivery from them!
