Transferring songs from usb stick to 360 hard drive?

I just copied a load of songs onto a usb memory stick from my computer and can't for the life of me work out how to get them saved onto the 360 hard drive?

Any help?

Can anyone comment on this? Is it actually possible?

I think it can be done like this:

1) Turn on Xbox 360
2) Insert USB drive
3) Go to System or Media tab [can't remember]

This is where I'm lost without turning my 360 on. Somewhere there'll be your USB drive in a list of storage devices and you should be able to copy files from there.

It will be possible, I'll take a look on mine later.

^ Thats what I thought, but there is no other storage device other than the hard drive listed. Even though I can play songs from the usb stick through the 360???

It's not possible. You can only load tracks onto the hard-drive if they are purchased from Xbox Live or ripped from a CD.

That's a bit cruddy isn't it. Ah well, one more thing to look forward too about the PS3.
