360giveaway problems

hi, im a newbie to this freebie thing, so apologies if i seem a bit clueless.

i signed up to the www.360giveaway.co.uk site, completed an offer, and began referring people. i made it to 4 greens, and emailed the yellows i had. 2 of the yellows replied that they had completed an offer, and they must have done this as they have already began referring friends.

the problem is that they have still not turned green, even though they would have completed the offer over 2 weeks ago now. i tried to contact 360giveaway through their 'contact' and 'support' links to let them now i wasnt receiving credit, but rather than taking me to these pages i arrive at an error message that reads:

"Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'giveaway_support'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/giveaway/public_html/support/include.php on line 307
Invalid MySQL login info. Double-check settings.php"

i dont know what the problem is, it seems like im being stitched up by them. any help would be greatly appreciated

I've been getting the same message the last couple of days, it seems to be a (hopefully temporary) glitch with the Giveaway support system.

Rest assured though you aren't being stitched up; Giveaway are a very well regarded network around these parts and have shipped gifts to countless members here. Tab (the giveaway network head honcho) will no doubt be around here at some point today and with any luck will stop by and let us know what's going on.

With regard to the two pending greens, the users themselves will have to contact giveaway support in order to get credited - you can't do it for them.

also not to put a downer on things but people often say they have completed an offer when they havent so dont get your hopes up and dont rely on those 2 yellows just keep referring and if they go green soon its an added bonus
