I think that enough is enough. She's obviously not keeping to her promises. She's had plenty of second chances. I wish anyone who takes legal action luck, and I'd be willing to john them and give my account details as more evidence.

Let's face it guys/gals, she's basically taking the Pee out of every one of us. She has no intention of paying out and/or keeping the site going.

She only posts on here now and again just to try and shut us all up for a week or so, giving her more time to laugh at us.

from the plea's of "dont report me, id go with a teenager whos arse is nipping.
seek legal advise and teach him/her a lesson that people can not be ripped off without consequences.

yeah, i think this has gone on long enough. We've given her several chances, and shes gone against all of them. Shes had enough. I think it's time to do something. To start off i might file a complaint to the BBB but i suppose we could take it further. Remember, the more complaints the BBB get, the more they will look into it.

The BBB is US based , youd need to speak to trading standards (the uks version of the BBB) regarding this matter.

There is something she could do though, she could post a regular update on the situation instead of posting and then disapearing again, despite promising to keep us informormed.
