I've been talking to a friend and come to a conclusion.

The only way im going to sort this is to get my arse into gear n still run the site!

That way people arnt loosing their greens etc

I will send out all outstanding rewards hopefully by the end of this month (i will have to get a loan)

I will credit remaining greens etc.

The site will be slow, i will put aside 2 days a week for crediting etc (shouldnt be that much work as I wont have exceem members completing it as thats where most of the traffic comes from)

I wont be profiting from it at all, i will keep all the money i make in a seperate account. I am only running it so that you guys dont loose out.

Sorry again, I just really dont want to jail, im a nice (but lazy) person and i have been punished for that.

judging from a wii snatchers thread theres a guy with atleast 100 yellows of which he knows some are green, i believe this site has gone through a bad patch before. you would have though it would happen again if you didnt keep ontop of things.

i really do hope that you can pull it together for the sake of all the exceem members efforts of reffering to your site and getting nothing in return.

Forgive me for saying so but havent we heard all this before????

Saying that you will "get your arse in gear" is hardly gonna fill YOUR members with confidence and explain to them why they should continue trying to get more greens when they dont even know if they will get anything at the end of it? I have 8 greens on the PS3 account and possibly more but why should I get YOU more sign ups when there are harder working sites around that dont mess their members around.

Right, you say you are skint now? Even if your members start refering people back to your sites, you wont get that money from Tradedoubler for 2 months, so how do you expect to pay for the items which should have been paid out and those that would complete the sites before you have got your next money?

I think it's a disgrace that you even have the links to the sites in your signature and if people take legal action against you, I have no pity because you could have avoided this many months ago but chose to ignore the site and exceem.

well ive not done snatchers altho ive signed up in the past, but if she/he is willing to make amends then i think you should all give the benifit of doubt.

if by the end of the month nothing appears then an elder member who has been ripped of needs to get everyone else who has to email him all the details then start a court case, or at least present trading standards with everyones info.

if i was ipodsnatch i would keep everyone updated daily on events so that people dont get itchy and start a case on you.

tbis is sounding all so familiar.....

the network should go offair right away.. then the members paid out... if it needs a loan, it needs a loan... the members need to be paid, mismanagement is no excuse. The 'no I am not like Genius Team, MrFree, etc etc' does not cut it, you are doing the same, why exploit new membership.

The answer to me is to pass the site into exceems hands... at least the income so it can be fairly distributed... you should consider yourslf very lucky I am not owed anything.

Emailing my details now Jon. i have 18 greens on ps3snatchers and have been verifying for around 3 months probably. I had though this was a lost case, but i have built up a bit of hope again. Out of interest how can you be losing money? I have got you 18 greens (getting you at least £17.50). That's £315 at least altogether, could be more if people completed betting offers etc.), probably £350 in the end. If a couple of those referrals got a few credits then gave up, she would easily have the money to fund my item. Anyway, might be wrong with the figures, but can't see how she is in debt from it all really!

The way i see it, she isnt in debt now but will be if she decides or is forced to cough up as she will have spent all the money that her members "earned" for her.

Its a pain for those "processing" and waiting to be verified but its also a pain for those who almost had enough greens for a PS3 or Wii as they didnt have the option to cash in at 4 or 5 greens and get an ipod or ds lite. I would like to know if these people (including myself) will be re-imbursed also?

I fail to see the point of this thread, all that is going to happen is that people are going to be strung along and get false hope, no amount of false guilt will help anything, it is a stalling tactic that we have all seen before, one positive step would be to see the sites taken down, at least Saul had that decency even if he turned out to be a scamming turd.

Using new members greens to pay for outstanding gifts is a scandalous suggestion, I cant believe that people are even entertaining the possibility.

Legal action should be started straight away to prevent any more stalling tactics, once legal action is taken then people will have a legal right to their money not just empty promises.

I spent far too much time last year cahsing after this sort of thing to no avail, what is the point of lulling people into false hopes. I still feel guilty about doing the same last year.

Brian seems to have the right attitude, after all he ahas been through this once already.
