Support tickets - Not answered


Hi just wondering if anyone has had the same problems but my friend sent in a support ticket on the 24 August and 4 Spetember and they have not been responded to - its my last green that I need for the DS Lite...........

Who is he sending the support tickets to, is it the Snatcher Network, if so, they never reply, i've sent them a couple of support tickets about delivery time and have posted on their forum.

I was supposed to receive my xbox elite ages ago and it still hasnt arrived, and they wont even answer my tickets or the message on their forum, i've actually also sent Ipodsnatch a PM on here and they wont reply.

You'll probably receive all the support tickets replies on the same day as they only seem to answer them once every 2 months or so

it was for ipodsnatchers and ive also PM'd them too but she said she'd look into it the following day and guess what - NOTHING has been done - i wouldnt mind but seeing as its the last one to go green im getting more impatient

Im past the border of impatientness already

To be honest i was very impressed with Snatcher network with their verification and referral crediting, but their support is terrible bad, i think that if they put a bit more effort into that area of the network, it would be great!

But thats if they were to do that

I was expecting to receive the xbox elite ages ago as i was told by them it was pre-ordered on Amazon for me, and because i order off Amazon i know it doesnt take this long to deliver, thats why im worried .

All they would need to do is respond to my support tickets and tell me what the situation is, just as long as i was kept updated, i dont mind how long i have to wait!

Think about it guys, there's only one person for support, the admin and she only comes online every now and then. (she should come on more) but it is hard to run a network with one person. I personally think admin should recruit some staff! Anyway, i received my ds 5 days after it said it had been dispatched. What does it say for you temple?

xbox i understand what you are saying but a few days ago when you were in out position you were ranting and raving - now you got your DS lite its all good?! Anyway as Temple said we wouldnt mind on the wait as long as we were given an update as to what's going on - silence is a KILLER!

yes, there was a lot of tension before. But i was worried it wouldn't come (just general etc.) so i can confirm to temple that IT WILL COME. Keep sending her support tickets and try to msn her. Next time she's on we could ask her to be online more and maybe even a telephone number?

hey im really sorry about the response times to support tickets. It will be improved. From now on I will aim to answer all support tickets within 48 hours.

i have also been waiting a week for an answer and still no reply , ipodsnatchers have always been slow but they do come through in the end .

hey. I will be going through the support tickets today. So you should get them replied to today or tomorrow. Starting from next week I will insure all tickets are replied to within 48 hours. I know our network is known for being slow but I have a bit more free time now so it should speed up again

Hi Ipodsnatch i was relieved to hear that you were going to reply to support tickets BUT my friend checked his account and his ticket still hasnt been replied - sorry to be so pushy its just that he was my last referal in order for me to get my DS Lite and its all being held up - please could you respond to him - appreciate it

Im also still waiting on a reply for my support ticket about my xbox 360 elite, it has now been over 2 weeks since its release and i was told that it was pre-ordered off Amazon. Neither the extra games and accessories have arrived yet either.

Im starting to worry as im beginning to wonder if it is ever going to arrive, and because im receiving no response to my support tickets, i feel somewhat let down by the Snatchers network

Has anyone received anything from the Snatcher network recently? None of my supports tickets have still be answered despite the promise from Ipodsnatch, they are making no effort whatsoever to communicate!!!

Plus, the only time their ever on thier forum is when thier promoting some uVme thing that no one asks about. Ipodsnatch is making no effort to answer support problems!

i agree with Temple - like we said we understand it maybe a one man show but if you come on here making statements that support tickets are gonna be answered in within 2 days and they aren't its natural that people are gonna loose faith. My friend's support ticket hasnt been answered and its my last green so Im that much closer to getting my freebie but am being held up. Snatcher Network please help us - we've done out part of the deal its now up to you to fulfill from your end - we want what we signed up for - our freebies!
