Well it just came to me to check Amazon if they are having any issues with Xbox 360 Elite stock and it seems they are not! I feel as though im being continuely let down by Ipodsnatch and think i know where its going, please i hope not because i would like my Xbox elite .

Never did get my reply to any of my support tickets, i've tried Pm'ing Ipodsnatch here, have sent a couple of support tickets, tried conacting them from thier forum and have also emailed them at their Admin Email address......and nothing!! No Reply!

Could someone help as i think im being.....you know what!

it is a funny 48 hrs this aint it ? i appreciate that ipodsnatchers may be busy but when you promise all tickets would be answered within 48 hours 4 days ago then why are we still waiting?
@temple : i am on the 3rd time round ipodsnatchers and i have always received my gifts albeit slowly so dont lose hope just yet , however i feel something needs to be done about the lack of customer service.

Thanks for the response claire, but one of the main reasons why im worried is because i was told that my elite was pre-ordered off Amazon and it still ahsnt came (you can imagine how long ago i was told this if it had to be preordered).

The fact that i was told it was preordered has just made me more worried as it should be here if Ipodsnatch is speaking the truth

just checked my account - still no change which means my friends support ticket hasnt been answered either - i hope this is not the worst case scenario with Snatcher network!

Ipodsnatch hasn't been on for quite some time.. and she has broken her promise of replying to support tickets in 48 hrs..


Even i am losing hope now.

I have a referral from APRIL that is still awaiting approval. Needless to say I gave up on this site ages ago!!

On top of that, she is benefitting greatly from my account, because of their slow crediting, i ended up going way offer what i needed, i ended up getting 43 referrals for something i only needed 14, it feels like a major waste of referrals, all because of the slow crediting times. Its equivelent to 3 XBOX ELITES!!

I decided it didnt really matter as Ipodsnatch had agreed to throw in a few games and accessories for the work, but this has gone beyond a joke now waiting for replies from Ipodsnatch!

This has just gotten beyond a joke now

My support ticket still hasnt been answered or shes never on the Snatcher forum, i cant repeat the many different methods i have used to try and contact her with!

I held my end of the bargain by getting the amount of referrals needed to get my xbox 360 elite console, not only that but i got triple of the amount of referrals needed!!! Why the hell wont she reply to anybody, plus, shes nerever online

Maybe I'm wrong but it seems that she only seems to appear on here is when she has a new site to promote or to tell us about new offers.

I guess the "48 hours" claim was probably just a stalling tactic to keep you lot quiet for a little while thinking that something was happening.

I'm willing to be proved wrong through and would be delighted if the members awaiting gifts got there's , or at least replies to tickets etc.

I dont know whats going on with the Snatcher network, but something would need to happen quick as a lot of people are getting impatient and losing hope with the network completely!

I've got 6 refs on ps3snatchers.... i don't want to lose them.. she'll need to give us some sort of compensation after this, especially you temple. I have a bad feeling she won't be coming back though. The last time she spoke on here was just after the last lot of gifts were sent out. Maybe she's stopped there. gulp
