hey I wondered why anth was banned as we were trading and I have MSNed him and he says that all he said was "was that cash or G4G?" and next minute he was banned. He made out like he did nothing wrong and so I was fearing exceem was becoming too hysterical about this trade lark maybe - I mean it is after all why alot of us are here in the first place.

A further question from me is - we can't put our ref links in our sigs right? but banners for a freebie websites (most likely containing ALL of ones ref links) are allowed? Is that correct? Just so I've got it correct.

Hi Danyelle,

Exceem is very clear with its rules including rules about trading, there is a good trading system in place that helps resolve and also prevent scamming issues. It is unfortunate that anth has been banned however he was warned more than once by several moderators! So I am sure it was for a good reason!

You are correct about the signatures, you can have a link to your website, as long as you have link back to exceem (again in the rules), but you cannot have a link to a freebie site containing your referral id!

he received a clear warning about posting completely off topic trade comments, then 24 hours later he carried on posting them. Additionally he also faked 1 of his trade feedbacks.

Got it in one, its just a shame a small amount of people spoil it for the majority, even though if I can provide proof to a network that someone is scamming (and they normally close down that account) it still means the scammed member has completed a offer which they cant do for another site.

Yes that is right,though if its just a one page website and the only content is just ref links then that isnt allowed, if its a proper website with original content and has the link back then yes thats fine. believe it or not its stoped members putting ref links in their sigs and spamming the forums like mad!

lousy, well i had a few succesfull trades already, this was the only one that went sour, I think it would have been fine if he had stuck to the rules and not get banned..

I think I have also been scammed by this guy. Have been waiting over 2 weeks for a green and asked him umpteen times to raise a support ticket.
