Hi,

I've post a month ago about me and my referral's credits suddenly gone. After emailing them for a month the consolegenie support team finally reply. They only say that the credit might be reversed by the advertiser with various reasons but didn't explain why mine is reversed. I've email them for further question and once again, no reply. Originally I still have 5 referrals in my list, but when I login today, only one is left!!! I've invested 40 pounds to get my referrals and now is all gone !!(plus, there're 2 other referrals who have completed their offer but never get credited). With the poor support service and almost no reward genie member coming to exceem regularly, I strongly recommend to remove this site from the unproven list.

I recommend you stick to the exceem approved sites. The problems you've described are exactly why the network is unproven.

I will mention this in the staff room, see if they can be removed.

As Hinz said, stick to the legit sites. The only site in the non legit section worth doing is fofreee4u.

I signed up the site before I found exceem...I will definitely not sign up if I know it's going to be like this. Anyway, I've given up on this site...

Guys,

I've also struggled with the Reward Genie network. I did eventually manage to get an Xbox360 Premium out of them, but their response rate to emails is terrible.
I've also had green's take up to 6 weeks to show up.

I do think they are genuine as the Xbox360 in my living room proves, I just don't think they care to much about the users of the site.

thats why all new sites stay in this area untill proven legit, at the end of the day we make it clear these sites are not supported by exceem and if you join up and get burnt aint nowt we can do about it.
